Refund policy

• After the items are shipped or pre-order ends, all sales are final, I won't accept returns or exchanges.

• If you receive the incorrect item or your order is lost or damaged, please contact me with your name, order number and ordered items. I will send a replacement or refund your order, excluding shipping fee. 

CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & SERVICE FEES

• Orders shipped outside the Switzerland may be subject to import tax.

 • I'm not liable for customs clearance & service fees as determined by the mail carrier or the destination country's customs officials, and those fees are not a basis for a refund, as they aren't something the seller is able to control or reliably predict.
