Where is the shop based ?
Everything is sent from Switzerland.

Can I order regular items with pre-order items ?
Yes.
However be aware that orders containing a pre-order item will be held until everything is ready to be shipped. If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, you must make a separate purchase. 

How long will it takes to receive my order ?
I go to the Post office once by week or once every two weeks.
For local, EU and UK orders, it can take 3 up to 10 working days to arrive. For Asia, USA and any other far away locations, it can takes up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Which mail service is being used and Is there a tracking number ?
Our local mail service is used (Swiss Post), then your local mail service once it reaches your country.
You can choose the tracking option, if not everything is sent by regular mail without tracking.

I think my package is lost ?

Please contact me with your name and order number, I will investigate and we can work out a solution together.

If your order has never arrived to you and you have not requested a tracked shipment, I won't be responsible for losses during shipping. 

If you have provided an incorrect address which resulted in your package being lost or returned to me, you can request a re-shipment as long as you cover the shipping fee

My order is incorrect/missing item

Please contact me with your name and order number and I will arrange a replacement or refund

My order arrived damaged

Please contact me with photos and your order number if your order arrived damaged and I can send a replacement or refund. However, if the package is damaged in the manner beyond my control, I might not be able to take responsibility for that.
